Our scope of work is offering but not limited to:
 

1. Project Time Management Activities

  • Creating engineering, procurement, construction schedules and project’s resources using Critical Path Method concept and Primavera Project planner P3 or P3 enterprise as a tool
  • Review and comment on Contractors work program and documents Related to planning and control in accordance with international Norms and standards
  • Monitor, analyze and report work progress and status by activity.
  • Identify critical and potentially critical activities
  • Evaluate project performance using Earned value technique and forecasting.
  • Identify deviation, preparing the necessary analysis and recommending the Corrective Action.
  • Participate in project progress view meetings and co-ordinate with Counterparts in Concerned services

2. Cost Control Activities

  • Allocate project’s resources to get project Budget cost using C.P.M. concept.
  • Establish BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, SV, CV, SPI, CPI.
  • Monitoring cost performance to detect variances from the plan.
  • Ensuring that all appropriate changes are recorded.
  • Preventing incorrect, inappropriate, or unauthorized changes.
  • Informing the appropriate stakeholders of authorized changes.
  • Analyzing positive and negative variances and how they affect the other control processes.
